"Rollo, The Philosophical" doesn't like since his early puppyhood cameras - without any
sound and showing of emotions he just turns his back each time against the camera - absolutely
un-photogenic but a quiet charmer who knows what he wants. He is a "people pleaser" but
still has his own mind. He dislikes other male dogs but was always showing a lot of patience
(except for one time) if the toy mini breed of ca 15 cm body length, called "Foxie, The
Brat", was jumping always in his face and snapping at his legs, but that is an other story
which will be told in another chapter. Rollo is a thinker, always quiet except on duty, very humble
and at each time satisfied with his quiet, problem-free but maybe boring life. He deeply loves his
owners and is showing every time bubbling joy if his owners are returning from shopping. He is an
intelligent and obedient watch dog and a 100% loyal family pet. Nevertheless, he dislikes cages and
fences and permanently shows a lot of perseverance to damage them. He needs a roomy, secure kennel
and a strong, secure fenced run. Rollo prefers since his puppyhood to be on his own and didn't like
from the beginning to stay in the pack of his brothers & sisters. (Never ever beat a dog - your
best friend!)
